Moot Courts are a simulation of court proceedings, where students usually have to draft memorials and participate in oral argument (pleading). They are an essential tool to gain understanding about the law, to construct legal arguments and to develop advocacy skills. The University of Luxembourg supports problem-based learning teaching through moot court competitions. The University of Luxembourg is particularly involved in the FLP’s participation to the International round of the ICRC Moot court competition in Hong-Kong.
